Do I need experience to book a session?
No — our cinematographer handles the setup. You show up and talk.
Can I bring remote guests?
Yes — The Mirage Room has a full Riverside/Zoom setup with a 75" screen and teleprompter for natural eye contact. The Oasis Room is in-person only.
How many people can I bring?
Up to 4 in-person guests in The Mirage Room, and up to 2 in The Oasis Room.
Is there somewhere to wait or get ready?
Yes — the Tulum Lounge is included with every booking: a prep area with a full mirror, complimentary espresso, coffee, tea and snacks, and seating for before and after.
Can I customise the backdrop?
Yes — both rooms have dual Samsung Frame Pro TVs, horizontal in The Mirage Room and vertical in The Oasis Room. Send your artwork, logo or show colours and we'll set it up beforehand.
When do I get my files?
Raw files within 24hrs. Clips within 48hrs if you've added the clips package.
