Do you provide a camera operator?
Yes! Not only an operator, but a cinematographer skilled in making you look and sound your best. They’ll be there monitoring and controlling the production for the entire time, so you can just focus on the content.
Do you do remote podcasts?
Of course! We have one of the coolest setups for Riverside/Zoom virtual podcasts and recordings. We have a 75” screen to view the guest + a teleprompter setup so you can make virtual “eye-contact” - check the examples above.
How quick do you send the files?
Fast! We work with news agencies and top podcasts that require files within the hour after recording, so our turnaround time is pretty instant. Also, no need to bring SD cards or Hard Drives - we upload everything to Google Drive for your convenience.
Do you have a teleprompter?
Yes we do! It’s a 16” teleprompter too - no more squinting to read your lines. Simply email us your script and it’s ready in seconds. You’ll be able to control the speed automatically and manually through our trackpad.
What if I need to reschedule?
Things happen, we get it! Our policy is super flexible - most of the time, you can reschedule up to 24 hours without any penalty. Once you book, we’ll send over our full refund/cancellation policy, but we also work around your needs if you’re worried about landing that guest!
Can I change the set design?
Yes! There’s a reason we call the room the ‘Mirage’ - because it can be anything you want it to be. We also have customizable lifelike backgrounds with our two 75” Samsung Frame Pro Art TVs, allowing you full flexibility for background art that looks eerily real. Put your logo, art, or choose from our curated collection.
